- There should not be a Pucca House anywhere in India in your name or your families name. (Family includes you, your wife and unmarried children)
- Annual Family Income should not be more than ₹9,00,000.
- PMAY 2.0 should be the first subsidy scheme you are availing for Housing benefits.
- Loan and Property value limitations –
- Loan amount (Max) – ₹25,00,000
- Property Value (Max) – ₹35,00,000
- Property should be in the approved town/cities list under PMAY 2.0 notification
5. Female owner or co-owner is a key requirement.
